Subscription Plans

- Payments: Subscription fees must be paid in advance. Failure to pay may result in restricted access to the Services.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
- Upgrades and Downgrades: You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.
Use of the Dashboard Manager

- Credentials: You must use valid login credentials to access the app. Sharing credentials is strictly prohibited.
- Updates: Comply2Go may periodically update the app to improve performance or add features.
QR Code Feature
- Purpose: QR codes are generated to simplify access to machine data and compliance records.
- Limitations: Comply2Go is not responsible for misuse of QR codes or unauthorised access resulting from shared codes.
User Responsibilities
- Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all data entered into the system is accurate and up to date.
- Security: You must keep your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breaches.
- Prohibited Use: The Services must not be used for unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Comply2Go is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding any claim.
